Scholars are selected on the basis of qualities that indicate their potential to become highly effective teachers in highest-need schools. Scholars must keep a copy of the promissory note to refer to the terms and conditions of the scholarship. The committee nominates candidates to the Noyce Principal Investigator, who announces the final selection before the Fall 2021 semester.Įach new scholar will receive a congratulatory letter and a promissory note that must be signed and returned within five days of receipt. The FIUteach Noyce Scholarship Committee will have a screening committee to review each application.
